Results and Guarantees

While we strive for excellence and have a 98% success rate in delivering targets, we cannot guarantee specific results as many factors affecting online visibility and business growth are beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor actions.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5XR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
